1 : 1 Coaching – Six Weeks

Description

This program is six weeks, tailor-made to your individual needs. Everything is always 100% confidential as part of the doula/client relationship, and the topics for our six weeks working together are completely up to you. Do you want to discuss shadow work? Relationship dynamics? Kink questions? It’s all on the table – let’s talk!

Your coaching with Saints and Sirens Wellness will always first include a review of the information entered with your form submission, as we prepare to get started and as we outline your goals for our work together.

The program will have weekly support sessions (virtual/phone, one on one), available text message support (Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM Eastern), and the option to schedule up to 4 additional 1-hour sessions as needed.

All three of the Journal Prompts (shadow work, empowerment, and relationships) will be immediately available for you to download after purchase.

Cancellations and rescheduling of our sessions requires 24 hour advance notice.
