A Sex Doula is a coach that helps you with elements of your sexuality. I do this by guiding you through elements and styles of healing around both sexual and spiritual health.

There are endless reasons why someone would seek out my help as a Sex Doula. This can be to assist you in regaining a sense of wholeness after feeling disconnected from your body, getting your groove back after a breakup, couple looking to reignite their spark, someone questioning where they fall on the sexual orientation spectrum or exploring their gender, or even someone just wanting good advice as they explore the kink world. 

I work with individuals and couples alike, she and he and they, and all in between. My goal is to not only guide you through your sexual and self awareness, but to also help strengthen your identity and freedom. I believe in a complete and holistic approach with what I do, so I also touch on things like shadow work and physical techniques to help facilitate healing around your sexual energy.

And yes, because it always comes up – no, a Sex Doula does not perform intimate acts with clients. However, I do help you with everything as much as I can, outside of actually stepping into the bedroom with you!
